Office Administrator for Chelsea’s Boutique

As an Office Administrator, you will perform clerical duties and implement business procedures to ensure effective and efficient internal organization. You will be responsible for intra-office communication, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, and task delegation. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Live and embody the core values of Chelsea's Boutique.
  2. Manage personal styling session program which includes communicating with customers, applying credits, and preparing necessary materials.
  3. Maintain Chelsea’s loyalty program
  4. Manage and file invoices
  5. Maintain accurate inventory levels by checking in invoices, managing damaged items, and printing missing tags
  6. Input new arrival invoices 
  7. Prepare and organize inventory reports
  8. Order and keep track of store dry goods
  9. Print necessary materials as needed for the store
  10. Manage incoming mail and emails for the boutique
  11. Fulfill online orders
  12. Communicate with the management team the needs of the store, customers, and employees
  13. Fulfill payments to models, yearly charities, and donations
  14. Handle payment of bills and incentives
  15. Fulfill weekly bank and Paypal deposits and change orders
  16. Prepare for and attend weekly manager meetings
  17. Attend monthly team get-togethers
  18. Use Slack (our communication platform) to quickly and easily communicate with other team members
  19. Use Asana to manage tasks

  6. You are an independent and can work in a timely manner 
  7. You enjoy having a flexible work schedule 



  • Available to complete tasks in store for 12-15 hours each week; expected to spread out hours over at least 3 days/week during store hours
  • Alignment with our mission and vision statements as well as our core values
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Past office management experience preferred

Expected Hourly Wage: $15
